We are excited to share that PENGUIN STORIES ships all over the World. We ship from our warehouse in EUROPE, Latvia. We offer FREE Shipping to all our products (except wall acrylic planners) Baltics on orders 50€+ and to EUROPE, USA & Canada 70€+.
Processing Time
All products, except Acrylic Wall Planners, are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days, likely sooner.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at tellus@penguinstories.me for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Acrylic Wall Planners are processed in 5-7 business days and shipped in 2 business days, likely sooner. DPD Courier - Free.
Europe - DHL Economy & Express
All products, except Acrylic Wall Planners, are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, likely sooner. Shipping time for DHL Economy service is up to 3-5 business days, DHL Express service - 1-2 days. DHL Economy - 20€, DHL Express - 35€. 70€+ - Free.
Acrylic Wall Planners are processed in 5-7 business days.Shipping time for DHL Economy service is up to 3-5 business days, DHL Express service - 1-2 days. DHL Economy - 32€, DHL Express - 55 € for LARGE WALL PLANNER. DHL Economy - 38 €, DHL Express - 100€ for HUGE WALL PLANNER.
USA, Canada - DHL Express
All products, except Acrylic Wall Planners, are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, likely sooner.
Shipping time is up to 2 business days. DHL Express - 40€.
Acrylic Wall Planners are processed in 5-7 business days, shipping time is up to 2-3 business days. DHL Express - 72€ for LARE WALL PLANNER, 130€ for HUGE WALL PLANNER.
Taxes & Duties
With our warehouse in the Latvia, any orders should not incur any added fees for customs and duties at the time of delivery.
How can I change my order?
If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your order, or change your address, please contact tellus@penguinstories.me as soon as possible. As orders begin processing quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best.
I didn't receive my package
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information should it have been delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact tellus@penguinstories.me for further assistance.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your PENGUIN STORIES products so we have a 14-day change of mind exchange policy. Items must be returned to us safely, unopened and in their original packaging and condition with proof of purchase. Please select your items with care as refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty. Digital downloads will not be refunded. Should you find your items faulty we will provide a replacement product or where not possible refund the item.
